Frank Croswell, Director

A founding member of Wilson Learning Middle East, Frank is injecting his more than 30 years of business and management experience into the organization. Frank is also the Managing Director for Wilson Learning South Africa and provides strategic support and direction to the Middle East operations of Wilson Learning.

Joan Strang, PhD, Senior Learning Consultant

Joan holds an MA (hons) in Psychology from Aberdeen University, and a PhD from Heriot Watt University; following her undergraduate degree she spent time in East Africa teaching English as a foreign language and contributing to the development of the local curriculum. Joan is a British Psychological Society Chartered Psychologist, a British Association of Sports and Exercise Science Accredited Psychologist and is Health Professionals Council registered. Joan is working with client organizations on performance improvement projects.
