Shozo Mori, CEO and Chairman of Wilson Learning Worldwide Inc., is responsible for investor relations and providing overall strategic direction to Wilson Learning’s global organization, while upholding the company’s mission to provide solutions that inspire, develop, and transform organizations around the world. Mori San has been an intricate part of Wilson Learning Worldwide for more than 30 years, having served as President, CEO, and Chairman. His background and experience has been instrumental in Wilson Learning Worldwide’s growth and development.

Tom Roth, Chief Operating Officer

Wilson Learning Worldwide

Tom Roth, Chief Operating Officer of Wilson Learning Worldwide, is responsible for the strategic direction and business performance of Wilson Learning Worldwide operations. Tom is also responsible for leading the global marketing services and R&D solutions group, assisting the global executive leadership teams with issues related to employee engagement, leadership development, strategy alignment, and business transformation. Prior to his current role, Tom served as President of Wilson Learning Americas.

Tom has more than 35 years of experience developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions. He is coauthor of the book Creating the High-Performance Team and is published in numerous business publications. As a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and client events, Tom presents on a wide variety of issues, including leadership, employee and customer engagement, change, and strategy implementation.

Ed Emde, President

Wilson Learning Corporation

Ed Emde, President of Wilson Learning Corporation, is responsible for overall business strategy and operations in the Americas. Ed’s tenure at Wilson Learning Corporation includes serving as Executive Vice President where he was responsible for sales, marketing, and learning services operations for Wilson Learning Americas. Earlier in his Wilson Learning career, Ed managed business development and implementation services for key client relationships in the Midwest United States.

Ed has 25 years of experience working directly with senior level executives in linking human resources development, organizational development, training, and education initiatives to strategic imperatives and business outcomes. He has held executive and leadership positions with a number of leading training and organizational development companies, including Ninth House and serving as President and CEO of Blessing White. He has managed several successful turnarounds, as well as the acquisition, merger, and integration of several businesses. Ed is published in numerous print and online business publications, including CLO Magazine and Training Magazine.

Samantha North, Managing Director

Wilson Learning Europa

Samantha North, Managing Director of Wilson Learning Europa, is responsible for strategy development and execution across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), working in close partnership with local office management to ensure consistency and quality for regional, national, and global client project implementations. Samantha is also accountable for increasing the company’s European footprint through direct subsidiary offices, 35 established distributorships, and an ever-growing network of facilitators and consultants in both developed and emerging markets across the EMEA region.

With more than 15 years of experience in the global human performance improvement arena, Samantha brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and direction to the EMEA region of Wilson Learning Worldwide. Samantha leads the business with core company values at heart, ensuring her diverse, multi-national team is working on purpose, achieving performance with fulfillment, and ultimately making a difference for clients by demonstrating measurable business impact over the long term. Samantha is a regular speaker at key industry conferences across Europe and also serves as a member of the Institute of Directors and the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce.

Hazel Stewart, Managing Director

Wilson Learning Australia/New Zealand

Hazel Stewart, Managing Director of Wilson Learning Australia/New Zealand, holds strategic and operational responsibilities for the Australia/New Zealand region, leading an internal team and managing indirect relationships, partnerships, and alliances. Based in Melbourne, Australia, Hazel has worked with Wilson Learning for 15 years and brings a values-based approach to leadership, reflective of the company's beliefs and philosophies.

Hazel's experience includes sponsorship of regional and global implementations, strategic account management, consulting, curriculum design, workplace assessment, facilitation, coaching, and career counseling. Her past experience has equipped her to lead the Australia/New Zealand team to deliver above and beyond clients' expectations. Hazel has made regular contributions to a leading Sydney university business school, serving as a guest lecturer on change management and leadership themes.

Vivek Chandramohan, Managing Director

Wilson Learning India

Vivek Chandramohan, Managing Director of Wilson Learning India, is responsible for overall strategy and operations across India. In this role, he regularly meets with business leaders to provide sales, consulting, and leadership development guidance. Vivek has been an integral part of Wilson Learning for nearly six years, having served as the Wilson Learning India Sales Manager and a program facilitator and consultant.

Vivek has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of information technology (IT), information technology enabled service (ITES), sales, and sales management, including tenures at IBM India, e-Serve International Ltd., Dell International Services Ltd., and HCL Technologies. Through his industry involvement, Vivek has gained extensive knowledge and experience in sales and consulting, customer service, process transition management, global solutions, and leadership development.

David Yesford, Senior Vice President

Wilson Learning Worldwide

David Yesford, Senior Vice President of Wilson Learning Worldwide, brings valuable experience, strategic direction, and global perspective to his work with clients. David is an active member of the Wilson Learning Global Executive Board, with current responsibility at a global level. Over the years, David has held strategic roles in Wilson Learning Worldwide's core content areas of Sales and Leadership, as well as eLearning and Strategic Consulting. Prior to his current role, he held managing director positions for Wilson Learning Worldwide in both China and India.

David has more than 28 years of experience developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions around the world. He is the contributing author of several books, including Win-Win Selling, Versatile Selling, The Social Styles Handbook, and The Sales Training Book 2. He has also been published in numerous business publications throughout the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. David frequently speaks at international engagements, focusing on issues such as sales and sales strategy, leadership, employee and customer engagement, brand, and strategy implementation.

Akio Tamesada, President

Wilson Learning Japan

Akio Tamesada, President of Wilson Learning Japan, is responsible for overall business strategy and operations in Japan. Tamesada San’s background includes more than 30 years of experience at Nikkei Inc., where he has held several high-level leadership roles including Human Resource and Business Education Bureau General Manager, Special Planning Office General Manager, Nikkei MJ (Marketing Journal) Managing Editor, Marketing News Department Manager, and Vienna and Budapest Bureau Chief.

Tamesada San’s extensive knowledge and experience with Nikkei Inc. provides Wilson Learning Japan with added insight as it moves forward with its Nikkei capital and strategic alliances. As Tamesada San explains, "As we [Nikkei] were looking to expand into the global marketplace, Wilson Learning was the only company that had the global standards we were searching for."
